I am an Administrator for Jira Spaces of my organization, but still am not able to add/view the Jira Sprint board.
Where do I see if I have the Sprint Manager access to Jira Space?
Hello @Chakrapani Reddy M
Welcome to the Atlassian community.
Adding a board and viewing a board are two very different actions. Can you provide more details on the exact steps you are executing and the results you are getting?
What type of Space does this concern? Get that information from the Type column on the Spaces > View All Spaces page.
How are you attempting to view the board for the Space? Do you see a tab labeled Board or Active Sprints for the project?
Or are you using a URL that has been provided to you?
How are you trying to add the board to the Space? What steps exactly are you executing?

Thank you for the screen image.
If you click the More (1) tab does that show you an option to view the board?

Hi @Chakrapani Reddy M The filter you are using for the sprint board might be set as private and owned by someone. Please check filter permission. If it’s private filter then share filter by project or user roles or public.
