JSM Automation to move a service request to a different project

Hello!

I'm wanting to create an automation that will automatically move or create a service request on a different project board when it comes in to our main project board from a certain email address.  For instance, an emailed service request comes in from abc123@abcd.com to our main IT service project.  All requests from this email address are security related and should be moved to our IT Security project.  Is there a way to automate this move?

Moving an issue is not possible with Automation.

The workaround is to clone the issue into the other project, and delete the existing issue in the first, as documented here:
