JQL to get issues NOT linked to any other issue

JQL to get issues NOT linked to any other issue

Pretty sure the answer will be no, but can out of the box JQL do this?

We link bugs to our user stories, but don't always remember to. I wanted a filter that showed me bugs that are NOT linked to another issue. Better would be not linked to a particular issue type, but I know that's asking too much. ;)

Nope...it's not. It isn't included in this:
