I am trying to see if there is a means to creating a JQL that can A. Find tickets that have a value in a custom field selected and THEN B. provide a timestamp to which that value within the field was selected? I did some searching and cannot find anything that clearly provides this answer. My jira instance does have scriptrunner. Thank you in advance.
