JIRA Service Desk billing

Hi,

I don't have any Service desk project and don't have service desk users.

But in my billing I have $10 for Service Desk service.

Please check

You need to explicitly turn off the application in your "my atlassian" account - it's billed if it's available, even if you have no projects for it.

If you're struggling, raise it with https://support.atlassian.com
