JIRA: Is there a way for external users to view the shared calendar in JIRA (in a view only mode?)

Looking to give stakeholders who may not have access to JIRA a way to view our internal email calendar , and beyond that, in a view only mode.

Is there a plugin or way to export that calendar elsewhere?
