Hi ,
In Servicenow to JIRA integration ,
the requirement is to have servicenow incident number mapped into JIRA description as a hyper link.
Please assist in case anyone has came across such requirement.
Regards,
Jyoti
@Jyoti Singh it's been almost 2 years since your post. Hope you have found the solution you've been looking for. In case you want to try an alternative to it, i'd suggest taking a look at ZigiOps. It's a no-code integration platform that will help you solve your use case in a matter of minutes. It allows the transfer of default fields (incident, task, bug, story, etc) + custom fields between the systems and syncs them in real-time. It reads the schema dynamically and can transfer any fields. ZigiOps works bi-directionally and allows customization according to your specific use case/s. Feel free to take a look and if you want to see how it works in action: book a technical demo.

Hi @Jyoti Singh ,
you can use the app for it - getint.io https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1223935/getint-for-servicenow-integration?hosting=server&tab=overview .
The app will let you integrate Jira and ServiceNow, with custom fields, attachments, comments, and statuses :) The app can be deployed as SaaS or on-premise. And you can try it out for free.
In case of any questions, reach me out at jacek@getint.io.
Best!

Hi Jyoti,
welcome to the Atlassian Community!
I haven't seen such requirement but it is something that is discussed from time to time here on community. You would have to interact with Service Now through some kind of REST API calls, if possible - for more complex scenarios coding would be required.
There are some Apps from marketplace which are recommended by some users, for example:
https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1215170/sync-servicenow-with-atlassian-apps?hosting=cloud&tab=overview
There are also some additional posts here on Community which might still apply:
Cheers,
Daniel
