Issues duplicated in advanced roadmaps

Good morning,

First of all, I do understand that epics can show up multiple times when subordinate issues or the epic itself have different values in the group-by field. I have also read the question https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Software-questions/Duplicate-epics-In-advanced-roadmaps/qaq-p/1600939 , but that is not our case.

To avoid epic splitting when grouping by labels I have specifically created an automation that makes sure that all issues in an epic (and the epic itself) have the exact same labels.

My problem is that I see the same issues being listed in duplicated epics (screenshot attached). The epic KA-265 contains three issues and the labels for the epics and the issues are identical (including order). They should not appear twice.
