Issue in plan with partial issue key and no status

Hi there, 

I've got an issue in an Advanced Roadmap Plan ( on Jira DC 9.4) that shows in the plan with an partial issue key. It shows the project key but no key ID eg. if the issue key usually shows in ABC-123 format, there is only ABC- showing there. It has a summary, but it has no status. The issue does not show in the review changes section, and when using the hyperlink for ABC- , it just pops onto the project main issues page and shows the first issue there which is not the one I am after. Summary does not come up in search either. I resolved the glitch by excluding the strange issue from the map ( which is then not listed in the plan's excluded items). So it is fine, but I am just curious to see if anyone had similar problems and what may cause this?

the issue shows incomplete on the roadmap until the change is committed.
