Issue Keynote

Hello,

I am unable to update my Keynote presentation because of the following error message. As a result, I cannot collaborate on presentations anymore. Would it be possible to resolve this issue, please?

I think you've got your universes crossed here (though there is a specific resemblance to the Atlassian logo speaking in your favour :) )

You're on a Mac and the Keynote application is having difficulty updating due to some monetary issues related to your purchase and/or Apple account. 

Here, we're answering questions about the Atlassian application Jira. Which is not really similar to Keynote. 

I think it's best if you were to contact Apple support to get some clarity into your account and purchases. You can browse to this website: https://support.apple.com/  and press the righthand side button marked "Billing and Subscriptions"
