Is this assignee quickfilter widget available in enterprise jira?

We used to have this feature in cloud jira and I'm wondering if we can get it in our new company's hosted enterprise jira.  Does anyone know?  Otherwise we're stuck putting assignee names in as quickfilters, this was much better.

Thanks for the answer, but definitely not what I wanted to hear.  Is there somewhere to vote this up?  It's lame to have a bunch of names in quickfilters after having a much better experience.
