Is there metrics available on users opening attachments on Jira issues?

I am looking to see what value a particular attachment adds to a Jira issue based on whether the attachment has been opened and looked at and if so how many times has it been looked at. Is this data available and if so how do I access it?

I don't think there such fictionally yet. If that's the case you can raise a request for Atlassian to add such metric.
