Is there a way to create custom reports for customers?

I need to pull information from our Jira helpdesk (volume of tickets created each month, severity level assigned to ticket, initial response time, and the completion time) and create a monthly report for some of our customers. Is there a way to do this in Jira or Confluence without adding a plug-in? Any recommendations would be great!
