Is there a way to copy a form or data in the form from Jira Service Desk to a Software Project

I'm trying to clone an issue from a Service Desk project into a Jira Software project (automatically, using Jira Automation or something like it).  I would like to keep a copy of the form and attach it to the new issue.  Is this possible?

I've tried copying the form in the automation rules, and it doesn't seem to work.  From what I can tell, forms are not able to be copied into a project that is not a Service Management project.

I've ran a couple queries using Postman and it doesn't look like it's possible to get this information from the Service Desk REST API either.

Am I overlooking anything?

I was able to resolve this using 'Deep Clone for Jira', and following this guide:
