Is there a way to automatically watch all of an agent's tickets?

If an agent is out of office, say on leave for a week, is there a way to assign myself as a watcher to all of his/her issues in an easier way than assigning myself as a watcher to each issue individually? Like a "watch all issues assigned to Agent A" function?

Hi,

not automatically, but it's quite easy:

Search all open issues of "Agent A" : assignee = agentA and status not in (closed-states)

Then click on  "Tools -> Bulk Change"

Select all

Then select "Watch Issues"
