Is there a way for JIRA Admins to know how many concurrent users are in JIRA?

Our org admin or site admin is too busy and I would like to know how I can query or filter are concurrent users in our JIRA instance.

Is this possible or only in the billing section for Site admins?

we have a very long process on installing plugins... I am trying to figure a way on what is native to our instance
