Is it possible to restrict work log "Remaining Estimate" options?

I am looking for a way to limit available radio options of "Remaining Estimate" in "Log work" issue form, typically only leave "Set to" option and hide/disable others. And if even possible, configured on a per-project basis.

Is there a way to do it, for instance with Adaptavist Scripter Runner plugin my instance already runs?

You would need to change the vm template of the underlying screen in order to customize it
