Currently anyone can submit a ticket by logging in to their account or without having to log in at all as anonymous. We want our users to be able to add attachments without having to log in as well. The issue we are having right now is if they try to add an attachment they get an error stating "No project could be found with id '10000'. The only way for them to attach something is to login.
We want the attachment feature to work even without logging in.
This is helpful for users that want to submit a ticket with documents or other files but don't yet have an account. We want to make it as easy as possible for the end user to submit a ticket.

I saw that the ticket was resolved and it's not possible to allow customers to add attachments without logging in and the solution, in this case, is to ask the customers to open a ticket through email.
