Email were going into my spm folder and realized that I got emails dating back in July. Is it still possible to recover the 2314Farwell or 2314WFarwell account?

Hello @marianne bosch

Could you let us know the date shown in the final deactivation email and whether these were Free Jira sites?

I recommend not hesitate and open tickets at https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact/purchasing-licensing#/

Depending on circumstances its possible that's beyond restore.

Here you can find more insights https://community.atlassian.com/forums/Jira-articles/Atlassian-Jira-JSM-Confluence-Free-Tier-Inactivity-amp-Data/ba-p/3251237

It was a Free Confluence site. Not Jira.
