Hi there,
I have been inactive on Confluence for about a month or 2. I tried to log into my account today, and it rerouted me to a verification process to which I did. Confluence then sent me to a page that said
"We already notified the admin of your access request for Confluence on 2314farwell.atlassian.net."
I am the admin and did not receive anything. I logged into Atlassian and tried to adjust the settings, but now Atlassian is saying that this domain does not exist.
How is this possible and I tried to contact support, but when I entered the domain, nothing came up, therefore I can't get help.
Please help
thanks so much!
Hello @marianne bosch
Welcome to the Atlassian community.
A free Confluence Cloud subscription that is left inactive will be deactivated after 40 days of inactivity. Two weeks and one week before that 49th day warning emails will be sent to the Organization Admin and the Billing Admins. If you fulfill those roles for the subscription you may want to check your emails and spam folder.
On the 15th day after deactivation in these scenarios the data will be permanently deleted.
You could login to https://admin.atlassian.com/billing
Select your billing account. Then select Subscriptions, and click on the Inactive tab. There you will see inactive subscriptions and the date of cancellation.
To get an authoritative answer on the state of your subscription you can reach out to the Billing team through this page:
https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact/purchasing-licensing#/
For options select Your Account, then Reactivate a Subscription.
Good luck!
