Is it possible to hide the "Defect" column in the Test Details?

Hi,

As the defects that are created on test step Level are not linke to the test execution, would it be possible to hide this column in the test execution view?

Can you please elaborate more on how your JIRA project is setup? We have no idea on what "Defects", "Test Step Level" "Test Execution" "Text Execution View" looks like on your JIRA instance. Screenshots maybe?
