Is it possible to customize the multi-line text field to a tabular format?

I have one custom filed name called General this type is a Multi-line text field. I want to make this filed as format below.

The table should come here.

This should be feasible.

The render of the field should be Wiki Style render, to be set in field configuration.

Then in the default field value, use the markup language.
