Is field-level validation available in Jira Service Management?

I was reading this page: https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/service-management/product-guide/tips-and-tricks/form-design-best-practices#open-questions

And it said: "the field-level validation available in Jira Service Management lets you set up inline validation to let users know right away if they haven’t provided the information you’re requesting. "

 

but I don't find the option in JSM... Can anybody share me the screens or path to use those "field-level validations" or in-line validation?

I believe this document is referencing Enhanced Forms which is a supplemental feature for enhancing the native JSM portal experience.  You can find it here:

Yes - According to the JSM Pricing, it's available to all tiers
