At my IT department we are thinking about having an ipad mounted to a stand so users can make a ticket if nobody is at their desk (running around helping)
Is there anyway that its a standard webpage where the user can set them selv to reporter without loggin in? for faster ticket request?
We use Jira Service Desk for all IT issues. JSD provides a "widget" that is java-script embedded into any webpage. The user can simply click on a help button, select a request type to create and add their email. This doesn't exist in JSW however, so you might check the Marketplace for alternate solution.
