Invitations not sent to new customers - Freshly set up JSM (Free plan) with default options

I have just created a free JSM portal as a support and when I add new customer invitations are not sent or they do not arrive.

I am using default Jira options, no custom email.

I have checked:

  • Projects - Customer service - Project settings - Customer notifications - Email is set for invitations
  • System - Outgoing mail is Enabled

 

Any ideas what to configure or where to look?

Somehow I have managed to create "user" when adding Customer. So that explains why invitations was not sent.

I have tested with another user and it was working.
