Installing jira application on vps cpanel

Would you like please tell me how to install jira product ( core,software,service desk confluence and bit bucket on vps cpanel please I try many and no success thanks

From what I have seen before, Cpanel does not have the flexibility to support standard web-application installs.

To simplify down to the basics - can you get to a command-line that enables you to run the installers for Jira, Confluence and Bitbucket?

yes i can run command on a terminal but i can't run a wizard setup i get this page
