Insight Plugin unusable due to Empty License Key

Hello,

I'm using Jira Software v.8.21.1 on Data Center.

I want to use also Insight Plugin. But is not working. I installed the latest version of Insight Plugin.

- The menu bar shows no link
- Manage apps section shows no section for configuration
- when jumping from the configure-button in the insight-app under manage apps, I am forwarded to the startpage of Jira.

I have tried to re-install many time. To stop and start Jira, but nothing.

Does anyone have any idea?

Hey @Erjon Tusha ,

I'm wondering if this could be due to the fact that you now have "2" insight versions installed.

The app and the native version which comes included in the DC version now. They don't have the same version either so they are 2 apps.

Have you perhaps already tried to disable the app and see if the native version takes over?
