Inscription link in the customer portal

Historically, there was a link on the Jira portal page that allowed users to create an account and log in.

Recently, this link has disappeared: https://[COMPANY].atlassian.net/servicedesk

Could you please let me know where this configuration is now located?

I double check all the configuration and i was not able to find where it is.
I'am the only admin

Please check your global JSM configuration. Maybe some other admin disable feature that users can create accounts.
