Sometimes i can see and edit my projects but sometimes exactly same URL shows an error page that says i don't have permissions ( i am an admin of the site). Such inconsistency happens within 2 minutes window. How is it possible to fix it?

Does this happen with Chrome? firefox? Have you tested another browser?
What happens when you get the error, and you do a hard refresh of the page?
In Windows is Ctrl + F5 or Ctrl + Shift + R. Do you get the error after that?
Which URL are you using?
I'll say it's probably a browser issue. Check other browsers and let us know if it happens in all of them.
