I have been creating workflows for a while but I have never tried other ways of setting the approval tab to say something other then approve or decline. In the property code can use 

jira.i18n.title = sd.worflow.(yes) or (accepted) in place of Approved

or 

jira.i18n.title = sd.workflow.(no) or (rejected) in place of Declined
