If I upload a csv file to import new issue to an existing project, this task delete previous issues?

I want to upload some issues from a csv file, but I'm not sure if I do this task, the issues that are already registered in a project will be delete.

No, It wont delete the existing issues. The issues from the csv will be added as new issues in the projects.

I would only add that if you map the Issue Key in your CSV import, if these issues keys exists the process will update theses issues instead of create new issues and this happen due this behavior described here Updating existing issues with CSV Import
