INTEGRATE JIRA CLOUD WITH SAP SINCE API

We need to connect Jira Cloud  with SAP through the api since the add-on provided by SAP2Jira features is expensive and the client can not acquire it. Is it possible to perform the integration by API?

Yes it is possible and is the correct method rather than integrating directly with the DB. There are a number of posts around this subject.
