I want to hide the problem type request from the client and display it only for the agent.

Only agent can report a problem ,  but it is displayed for clients , is there a way to hide it from clients

@Soukaina IBALINE  if you want to hide the request type from customer portal, you should remove it from all portal groups.

@Stevan Mandić  But I cannot remove it from the portal because I have automation rules behind it.

For example, if the portal group is infrastructure, then the domain is infrastructure.

Additionally, I need the domain itself for other automation rules and even workflows. 

If there is another solution!
