Hi @sahitya_satrasala

Adding people to a board doesn't grant access — board visibility comes from other settings. Check these three things:

  1. Project permission: the people need the Browse Projects permission in the project(s) the board pulls issues from. Easiest fix: add them to a role in Project settings → Access (team-managed) or Project settings → People (company-managed).
  2. Board filter (company-managed boards only): the board is based on a saved filter, and that filter must be shared with them. Go to Board settings → General, open the filter, and check its Viewers — share it with the project or the specific people/groups.
  3. Product access: confirm they actually have Jira access on your site (admin.atlassian.com → Directory → Users). Being added to a board or @-mentioned doesn't grant a license.

In most cases it's #1 or #2. If they get a "you can't view this board" or "log in" error, it's #3.

Side note: the board link in your post only works inside your own site, and it exposes your internal project name publicly — you may want to edit the post and remove it.

Hi @sahitya_satrasala

Check your filter and with whom the filters have been shared with.

Check the Browse projects permission as well to see who is there.
