I create my trial Service Desk login with an foreign language. How can I change it to english ?

JSD customers without licence cannot change language from portal, they are fixed to the default JIRA system language (configurable by administrator via JIRA Administration > System).

If you have licence, you can go to JIRA, click on your profile on the top right corner and change the password. This will only change the language for your user account.
