Hi @a.nazzal and welcome to the Community!

I notice that the logo in your top menu says Jira Service Management, while the project you are in says Software project.

Could it be that you had a trial of Jira (software) running on you site which has expired? That would explain that you are not / no longer able to modify any settings for your software project(s), since you might not have an active product anymore.

Before anything else, I would recommend you to review the admin section of your site and make sure that you have a valid Jira (software) product in your site currently.
