Dear Jira Support Team,
I had previously raised an issue regarding bugs linked across different spaces, but the problem has still not been fully resolved as some functionality appears to be missing.
Currently, I have created around 20–21 spaces, and the main spaces are LIMS Nirnayan and Global.
Scenario:
When I raise a bug in the LIMS Nirnayan space and link that bug to the Global space during bug creation, I am now unable to see the linked bug. This issue is affecting my workflow because many of my important bugs and tasks are not visible, and my work is currently pending due to this problem.
Additionally, the same issue seems to be occurring across all spaces.
Please note that this issue is occurring on the Free Plan with the 10-user free version of Jira.
I have also attached one photo for your reference so you can better understand the issue. This problem is happening with every space.
I kindly request you to please look into this matter and resolve it as soon as possible.
Hello @Syed Aman
Please be advised that this forum is primarily a user community. We are users of the Atlassian products volunteering our time to try to help other users like you resolve problems and learn new things. We are mostly not the Atlassian support team, although they do sometimes chime in.
We do not have access to your Jira instance. We will ask you for more information and try to advise you based on the information you provide.
There are no images available with your post at this time in my view.
Please provide screen images from creating a bug in the LIME project showing the Space you have selected as the location for the bug you are crating, and showing what you are doing in that dialog to link that new bug to a work item in the Global space.
Is the issue that you cannot see the bug you created, or you cannot see the work item from the Global space to which you linked the new bug?
Please provide a screen image showing where you expect to then see the currently missing work item.
Have the Jira subscription always been the Free version? Have you at any time upgraded to a trial of or paid for this subscription to be the Standard or Premium version?
I would like to report an issue that has recently started occurring in my Jira workspace.
Earlier, everything was working correctly. At one point, the Advanced Plan was activated, but I cancelled it immediately. Even after cancelling, I was still able to see the issues normally.
However, after about one week, this issue started occurring. Now I am unable to see the bugs in my spaces, which is affecting my work because many of my bug reports are no longer visible.
Please note that this is happening in my Free Plan with the 10-user free version of Jira, and the issue is affecting multiple spaces.
Can you clarify what you mean when you say that you Cancelled it immediately. Do you mean that you reactivated your deactivated subscription?
Are you able to see other types of work items in the same spaces where you cannot see the Bugs?
Can you provide a screen image of where you are trying to see the Bugs and they are not displaying?
Do please note that in this post and in your previous post we have asked you to provide additional information. Without that additional information we are not able to provide you with meaningful advice on how to debug your issue.

Hey @Syed Aman ,
A few questions:
Here's actually a good troubleshooting article of what you could check (and do) when it comes to issues with work item linking: Resolve work item linking problems in Jira Cloud projects
I've had one case where the "Linked work item" field was missing on one (I believe the destination space), which is why the links there were not visible.
Hope this helps.
Cheers,
Tobi
