Dear all,

In order to manage more precisely my users and my monthly billing, I have notice sometimes that some users get not connected fr a long period of time which are still count for an unused licence.

In our customer policy of improvment we would like to track users which are not logged in for let say 2 month and then desable them for all found

Is tehre such possibilities and how to do it ?

regards

if it is a Jira server / DC we have some SQL queries and some plugins. for cloud I didn't find any plugin or API. There is a feature request for Jira cloud. I'm adding the link below, Please check and vote on this feature.
