Do you want to display all of the Request Types on the customer portal? Or you want to see all created Request Types?

Hi! Sorry. All Request Types from all service desks. Or, just always on Browse All (show desks, no popularity)

Hello Viktar,

Are you using the Server or Cloud version of JIRA Service Desk?

If you are using the Server version, the database query below should give you the information you need:

select * from "AO_54307E_VIEWPORTFORM"

Hello Viktar,

Do you have any knowledge about REST API Calls?

You can check in the documentation below how you can perform Rest API calls directly in the database to retrieve the Request Types of your Service Desk:

Hi! sorry, I do not really understand how this will help us. We just need a list of requests on the main page, if the popularity can not be turned off.
