How to set up different issues types with different custom field layouts ?

I created a Bug, Feature, and Task issue stypes. 

1) I want to set up a few custom fields that are common for all issue stypes. but few of them are unique depending on the issue type. 

2) Then can I create conditional fields? 
Ex: If I select a particular value in "Field A"

Then only "Field Aa" should be visible

You cannot create conditional fields, but you can configure the screens for your issue types differently so they display the fields you want on them.

In company managed projects that requires quite a few steps: creating screens, screen schemes and screen issue type schemes to link everything together. You can find documentation through this support article. Make sure not to skip any steps!

In team managed projects you can more easily configure the screens directly from the issue types in your project. For documentation, see this support article.
