How to send html code to description field which executes the tags as it is in html file

Just for a better understanding of the issue, I would like to know if you can share with us a screenshot of the description.

Without seeing the screenshot, I believe that the issue might be related to the renderer of the field. It happens if you are using a Classic project and the Old issue view. So, just to make sure that we are on the same page, please let us know more details about the issue you are facing.
