I need to track time to quote expiry and am using an SLA that counts down a month from when we add a quote to the ticket. Sometimes I need to re-quote and at which point I would like the SLA to reset and start counting again.
Is there a way to reset an SLA via a post function on a workflow transition?
I am using JIRA service desk cloud.
