How to remove "Share" button from Jira customer portal?

Is there any method to remove or hide this button from customer portal?

as Jack already suggested you could try the technical approach listed in the linked thread.

Adding a more "organizational" advice ... you could vote for the Suggestion opened with Atlassian, by doing so you will signalize the topic is of importance to you/your team:

Allow Service Desk administrator to disable "Share" feature

I’m on sure whether this can be done or not. I did find this other post that refers to disabling one of the modules in the Jira service management plug-in.
