How to remove old statuses from customers requests filter

Hello community,

There were several different workflows active in our Jira Service Management Project. We decided to get rid of most of them and replaced them with a simplified one. Unfortunately the filter drop down in the customers requests list still shows the statuses of the old workflows.

Any advice on how to remove these entries from the filter drop down?

What I did so far:

  • I created the new workflow and assigned it to a new workflow scheme which I assigned to the relevant issue type and project.
  • I kept most of the old workflows and schemes.
  • I deleted one of the workflows and also the associated status "Canceled" from the status list (not only from the workflow). I also checked the translations and could not find an entry for that.
