How to populate dropdown list for a specific customer form field looking up asset information

We have customer support forms and in those forms we have following fields OS version, Serial number, device number is there somthing we can do to connect our asset information to this form so we can give drop down suggetions to customers so as to make it easy for them to fill out forms :)

I have another follow-up though

Now when I have setup those custom fields for my usecase called "Organisation" and "Devices" get a dropdown for all organisations and I can't filter by starting to type the organisation name ? do you know why ? also it seems as if the dropdown dialauge starts to filter the organisation name as sson as I start typing the name of the organisation but then quickly disappear.
