How to make "Secondary assignee" field editable

Hi everyone,

i am new to Jira and perfoming Scrum master role, i have been wanting to add seconadry assignee to quick view when i was able to do. However i am not able to edit the field to select the soconady assignee names. wondering if some on ecan help me with this.

Hi @Hyndavi

I would check whether this custom field is set in the edit screen with the project/system admin. Most likely, it was only added to the view screen.

Thanks, yes it needs to be set at system admin level
