How to make a bot that adds tickets in jira service desk with, Oauth/Oauth2 ( cloud )

The verification step in Oauth/Oauth2 requires a person to assign their rights  by using a browser. which is not feasible in my scenario, which is to add ticket in service desk from a user that does not have jira or rights to my service account using a mobile app.(i have build this using basic authentication and its working and i want to do it with Oauth/Oauth2 )(i will be adding the ticket from the server side)
