How to get the total hours from two different projects

María Elena de León

I have a project in Jira Software that might create linked issues in a different project in Jira Service Desk when tasks from a support team are needed.

When I finish the project I need to get the total amount of hours spent in the project, including the hours spent by the Service Desk team in the linked tasks.  How can I get that?

Hi @María Elena de León

I think Time in Status for Jira Cloud could help you. This app from Atlassian Marketplace shows the time that each issue was at the workflow totally and time it was at each status.

To get total time in each project you can export time in status data for each project and calculate the sum of total time for each issue data, using external tools like Microsoft Excel or Google Spreadsheet.

If you need help, I will be happy to assist you
