How to get json for all fields or column

is there way to check the exact field name for all column. like technical column name. not the user friendly column.

for writing jira automation, require smart value. thats why i need the column name.

May i ask you what do you mean like technical column? is it custom field name? then no. by default JSON will give you the custom field ID and using the rest API you can get that..
