Yes, you can check two options, depending on your needs.
1. Built-in Activity Stream gadget on Jira dashboard - displays past events one by one, with the most recent on the top. You can select project, user, and some activities like issues created or comments added.
2. Issue History for Jira app developed by my team. It provides the ability to filter by user/users and any activity for standard or custom field changes. You can create custom reports based on your needs.

I don't think there's anything besides activity stream, audit logs, and jql.
However, the information is distributed and not consolidated.
There's no real overview, as far as I know.
With some Restmagic or a third Party app it could be archived .
